Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- General Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills are essential.
- License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving a company vehicle).
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
