Responsibilities
- Receive & Process Inbound Shipments: Accurately inspect, verify, and record incoming inventory using our state-of-the-art management systems.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate items on the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment with strict adherence to order accuracy standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery as required by the role.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and potential overtime as business needs dictate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
