Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move products.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available for immediate start and work flexible shifts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
