Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring cargo is secure during transport.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace daily.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for qualified candidates.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
