Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage areas organized, clean, and clutter-free to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
