Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones per safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements in warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Must have smartphone for daily pay app access
