Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
