Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently using RF scanners and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
