Responsibilities
- Pack, verify, and load merchandise onto trucks and trailers with precision and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all inventory is accurately labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Process and scan incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
