Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the shipping and receiving areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Package and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track inventory and update the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
