Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label customer orders with a focus on speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Space Optimization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse layout at all times.
- Reporting: Update inventory systems and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
