Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect, verify, and record inventory counts using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and packaging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific roles).
