Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship daily inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory counts
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
- Participate in monthly warehouse improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
