Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipping documents against contents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous warehouse experience or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
