Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from delivery trucks and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, verify incoming shipments for accuracy, and update inventory records in our management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
