Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and inventory shipments in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Support outbound shipping and order fulfillment processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
