Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory by accurately scanning, counting, and stocking products to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure safety compliance by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Package and ship orders with precision and speed to meet strict customer deadlines.
- Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
