Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, trucks, and loading docks.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues before shipment.
- Package and label goods according to shipping guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required for loading docks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
