Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
