Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders with speed and accuracy, picking and packing items to ensure 100% order integrity.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and quality against packing slips.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
