Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by scanning barcodes and organizing inventory storage areas.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and safety checks on warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
