Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, put-away, and inventory control tasks with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
