Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments with precision and speed.
- Load and secure outbound freight onto trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license (for some roles).
