Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping lanes using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
