Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders accurately to ensure high-quality service.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety compliance standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock management systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
