Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders with a focus on speed and damage prevention.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our high-quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
