Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory on shelves and in storage areas efficiently.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping using proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for top candidates.
