Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Safely pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to our customers across the country.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing daily inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
