Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
