Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and checking shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
