Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Oakland facility.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
