Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and accuracy, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, label, and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in packing orders for distribution, ensuring all packaging is secure and labeled correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
