Responsibilities
- Efficiently package and ship customer orders using automated systems
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evening/weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
