Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Package and label products accurately for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
