Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
