Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and in storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts) as required by certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and labeling customer orders accurately.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory and labeling tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
