Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clutter-free and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
