Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
