Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and auditing incoming shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to consistent attendance.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including potential overtime.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
