Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload freight safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided if no certification exists).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
