Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and stage products accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome candidates with zero prior experience; we value attitude and reliability over past history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background screening and drug test.
- Basic Skills: Basic reading and math skills are required.
