Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (not required for all positions but preferred).
