Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Stack and organize products on pallets, shelves, or racks according to company inventory management systems.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami warehouse location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
