Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet strict deadlines.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-efficiency workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
