Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment within certified safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is highly desirable.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
