Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate on our weekend team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect, pack, and label products according to safety and shipping guidelines.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory needs and potential issues.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
