Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
