Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to priority and specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Process incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (Rotating schedules available).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
