Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to our clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on specific role duties).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
