Your Role:
You will play a critical role in ensuring our products move efficiently from dock to door. You will work closely with inventory management systems and safety protocols to maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to ensure accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for local and national delivery.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts.
